Contents of the voucher

  • The voucher can be used for any of our hotel, restaurant or massage services within the period of validity.
Validity and payment
Valid: 1 year from the day of issue
  • The voucher will be issued when the payment has arrived on our account.
  • The voucher is sent out immediately in case of successful online payment and within 3-4 business days in case of bank transfer.
  • If the voucher's price is not received within 5 days of purchase, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • According to regulations gift vouchers can not be paid with SZÉP card.
Available payment methods: Pay online with a credit card, Bank transfer
  • It can only be redeemed for bookings made directly at the hotel and cannot be used through intermediaries.
  • When booking, we kindly ask the gifted person to indicate the number of the voucher during the booking process. This can be done on our website by entering the number in the last step of the online booking, thus our system will automatically deduct the value of the voucher from the final booking amount.
  • Normal cancellation policy apply when cancelling a booking made with a gift voucher, as indicated on the acknowledgement of confirmation.
  • We kindly ask the gifted person to bring the voucher to our hotel and hand it over at the reception upon arrival.
  • The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be returned.
  • After using a service, the customer and/or gift voucher user is not entitled to claim back the remaining amount of the total value of the voucher in cash.
