First of all it would be good to have also the option for not rating an item in case service hadn't been used and therefore cannot be rated :-)<br /> <br /> To improve:<br /> 1)<br /> During my stay there was a fire-alarm test and most of our group get out of the hotel for the meeting point. However, I missed a check from the Hotel if everybody followed the fire alarm and there was no communication from the hotel towards us that it had been a test only and we could go back. I saw a lot of people coming for example from the wellness area who didn't even care about the test and using the elevators.<br /> 2)<br /> Especially in the public areas of the hotel and here especially in the public restrooms too much air freshener is in use what caused for me high irritation of the respiratory tract/asthmatic attack every time when I had to enter the restrooms. I haven't face such an issue in any other hotel I visited so far. Therefore please reconsider the use of such air fresheners or at least reduce the usage to a minimum concentration.<br />
