Die Verbindung Hotel - Thermalbad ist äußerst gut gelungen. Das Personal im Restaurantbereich ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Speisenauswahl ist umfangreich und ansprechend. Für uns war die Verständigung in deutsch mit dem Rezeptionspersonal etwas schwierig aber letztendlich dennoch erfolgreich. Beim Hauskeeping gibt es noch Reserven. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Tatsache, dass der bewachte Parkplatz im Hotelpreis inkludiert ist. Insgesamt ist das Hotel empfehlenswert. Leider ist die Entfernung von Deutschland ziemlich groß. Trotzdem haben wir den Weg dorthin schon das zweite Mal auf uns genommen und es nicht bereut.

Never got the gratis massage that was right in the name of the room I booked and paid for. Cannot recommend your services with clear conscience until this is settled in a transparent way. When I log in to your website, I see no mention of it under my account either.

I had a third bed in my room booked for 1 person. In a double-bed room I would await not to have an additional bed what steal space.<br /> In the bathroom I had a bad smell most probably from the bathroom drain.<br /> It would be great to have on the buffet larger selection of vegetables. For breakfast improved quality of coffee appreciated, like from the bar. The coffee from the machines, especially those with milk are not that tasty.

Morning at 8 a.m someone from stuff entered to the room (while I was taking shower) and instead of going back , lady try to speak with me in hugarian language.

The Best hotel!

Amazing hotel, food was out of this world for both breakfast and dinner. I was here with my husband and 2 small kids staff were amazing rooms were spotless and access to the spa was fantastic we didn’t need to leave the hotel! Will definitely be returning next summer.
